These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Markethousegood online store and any purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our store. Markethousegood sells home and kitchen products online to customers in the United States. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing. We do our best to describe and show products accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen and measurements may be approximate. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment. Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Use of our store. You agree not to misuse our store, including interfering with how it works, copying its content for commercial use, or using it for anything unlawful.

8. Intellectual property. Our store's content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Markethousegood or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Product use. Please use products as intended and follow any included instructions and safety warnings. Keep small items and electrical products away from young children.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Markethousegood is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

11. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted.

12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our business is registered.
